Building responsible for the construction and maintenance of all space-faring vehicles and starships.
The Starport enables you to build spaceships (units) and to repair/upgrade them. To know what Technology Level is required to unlock each unit check out the 🏬 Technology Center. It is a good practice to build more than one 🏗 Starport.
You can order new units regardless of Hangar space, they will remain in the Starport until space is available. This is very useful for speed recoveries after an attack, to plan future units or to spend overflow resources.
The cost for 🇲🇰 Destroyers increases by 10% for each unit you own.
The cost for 🇦🇴 Deathstars and 🇵🇼 Massive Cargo Ships increases by 10% for each unit existing in the whole Universe.
This job will repair damaged units as well as upgrade/improve their stats based on your 🧪 research levels. Once all units are fixed and upgraded, the job will stop automatically. It is advised to run this job after a 🚀 Raid, after any research and after any transfer or trade to keep your units as strong as possible. Repairing is not fast, but very cheap compared to building a new unit.
The Repair job will select the most preferred unit (choose which units should be upgraded first by modifying 🚏 Unit Priority in the ⚙ Settings menu) and repair all its stats simultaneously by a fixed amount (small/weak units are repaired faster). Once all stats are at 100% the next unit will be chosen.
Running the Repair job in multiple 🏗 Starports makes reparations faster. If more than one Starport is set to repair, they each work independently and one after the other on the most prioritized unit, so a very damaged unit might get several Starports working on it while several units with similar stats will get toggled as they are repaired:
Only landed units (not enrolled in any mission) will be repaired.
Upgrade the 🔧 Repair Level in the 🧪 Engineering Bay to repair and upgrade faster.
