Terms of Use

ANY USE OF SPACEHUNT (spacehuntgame.com, the SpaceHunt Android App, the Telegram bot @SpaceHuntBot and official channels @SpaceHuntChat, @SpaceHuntGame, @SpaceHuntGameEs, @SpaceHuntGameRu and others) means that you have fully read, understood and agree to the conditions of the below-stated agreement, you are obligated to comply with them and bear responsibility. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USER AGREEMENT AND ITS APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT AND OBLIGATORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS OF SpaceHunt.

• Developer persons who developed various components of the Game.
• Program software components, both separate and in aggregate, posted by the Administration or the Developer on the Site, third-party websites on the Internet, DVD and other storage media and specially marked as components of SpaceHunt. A site is a collection of web resources located on the Internet in the domain spacehuntgame.com
• Content photo, video, audio, graphic and text materials posted by the Administration or the Developer.
• Materials photo, video, audio, graphic and text materials posted by Users in the Game.

The Game is a combination of the Program, Website, Bot, Chat Channels, Content and Materials, which is a set of features and services intended for personal non-commercial use by the User.

• Project an entity that includes the Game, Users, Moderators and Administration.
• User any person, including a fictional one, who is not subject to legislative restrictions on the use of online gaming services, registered as a participant in the Game and concluded this Agreement.
• Administration persons authorized by the SpaceHunt Team for special use of SpaceHunt, including management, and acting on behalf of the SpaceHunt Team, unless otherwise indicated.
• Moderator a person authorized by the Administration to monitor the implementation by the Users of this Agreement and other game rules and having the authority to apply actions to the Users on behalf of the Administration provided for by this Agreement.
• Legislation the legislation of the country that is the country of registration (institution) of the SpaceHunt Team, as well as the legislation of the country of citizenship (registration) or permanent location of the User.
• Registration as a participant in the Game the creation of a User Account in the form of a set of conditional identification data of the User, through which the User accesses the Game.

The user guarantees that he is not subject to legislative restrictions on the use of online services, that he has all the necessary powers to conclude this Agreement or has received the necessary permission in the form required by law from his parents or legal representatives. This Agreement with all its annexes is hereinafter referred to as the Agreement for brevity. All appendices to the Agreement are its integral part and are binding on the parties. Attachments to the Agreement are posted by the Administration on the Site and include the Game Rules and Forum Rules.

This Agreement may be amended or supplemented by the SpaceHunt Team at any time, including by posting (publishing) a new edition of it. The Owner of SpaceHunt through the Administration notifies the User of any changes and additions to the Agreement in any of the following ways: by publishing on the Site, by posting an informational message inside the Game. After receiving such a message, the User undertakes to immediately familiarize himself with the changes and additions to the Agreement. The continuation by the User of participation in the Game after receiving a message about changes and amendments to the Agreement is an expression of the User’s consent with them.

The user uses the Game at his own risk. The Game is provided on an “as is” basis, that is, the User is not guaranteed that the Game, as well as the features, services and services provided inside the Game:

• will function smoothly, continuously, without errors;
• will meet the requirements and expectations of the User.

The SpaceHunt Team and the Administration are not responsible to the User for any damage or harm caused to the User, including his computer, software or other property in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, including due to the application of technical restrictions to the User use of the facilities, services and services inside the Game for violation of the rules of this Agreement, the rules of the game and the rules of the forum.

The provision by the SpaceHunt Team or the Administration of the User of access to participation in the Game, the use of its capabilities and services are free of charge.

The provision by the SpaceHunt Team or the Administration of the User of access to the special features of the Game is carried out on a reimbursable basis, for a fee, and is a service. Services are not a prerequisite for the participation of the User in the Game. Services are provided upon request and at the request of the User. Services provide the User with the opportunity to use additional, advanced, special features of the Game. In the process of using such additional features, the User receives in-game values ​​(game currency, game property, etc.) that contribute to faster or more comfortable development in the Game. The game values ​​of the Users are conditional and can be used by the User only inside the Game during the game process. User agrees that the services in the form of obtaining and using the additional features that the User receives for a fee are considered to be provided at the time the in-game values ​​are credited to the User Account in accordance with the instructions received from him. Funds used by the User to acquire in-game values, the SpaceHunt Team and the Administration are not reimbursed, including in connection with their non-use during the Game or its termination.

If the User violates the current Agreement: the Administration has the right to unilaterally unilaterally completely or partially limit the User’s functionality or access to SpaceHunt, delete all data, content and materials of the User, as well as refuse the User to continue to provide services in SpaceHunt, not responsible for any harm , which may be caused to the User by such an action.

The Administration reserves the right to completely or partially limit the functionality of SpaceHunt for technical, technological, preventive or other reasons at its sole discretion with prior notice to Users or without it.

All characteristics and parameters of the components of SpaceHunt, as well as the rules for their formation, including parameters of game objects and the gaming environment, prices, exchange rates, ratings and other characteristics and parameters can be changed by SpaceHunt Administration without mandatory notification to Users both before and after making changes.

Materials posted by the User in SpaceHunt that violate this Agreement or the current legislation may be deleted by the Moderator or the Administration without notifying the author and other Users.

Materials and Content posted in SpaceHunt that in any way violate the exclusive rights to copyright objects will be deleted by the Administration, at the request of the copyright holder.

The Administration has the right, in order to collect statistical data, to track and save information about the IP addresses of the User’s access to the Game and use technical information files (cookies) placed on the user's personal computer. If the User’s actions show signs of a criminal offense, the Administration has the right to transfer the information about the User that it has about it to law enforcement agencies. In addition, the Administration has the right to transfer the data it has about the User to law enforcement agencies at the request of the latter in cases and in the manner prescribed by law.

The User agrees to abide by this Agreement and to timely get acquainted with the current version of the Agreement.

In case of disagreement of the User with the current Agreement, the User is obliged to terminate participation in SpaceHunt.

The User undertakes not to disclose or transfer to third parties his identification data, which may authorize the User in any part of SpaceHunt.

The user agrees not to examine the code.

The User has the right to perform actions stipulated by the logic of the Game, use technical capabilities to manage game objects, exchange game items and values ​​with other Users, post his messages and read messages from other Users, as well as exchange personal messages with other Users in the Game.

• Use the Account (game account) of another person, as well as alienate or otherwise transfer their own or acquire, including by exchanging or receiving as a gift, the Account (game account) of another person.
• Use SpaceHunt in any way that may interfere with the normal functioning of SpaceHunt.
• Use automated scripts to play the Game, collect information or for some other kind of interaction with SpaceHunt.
• Use multiple accounts for the purpose of getting an unfair advantage over other players.
• Use the contact information of Users to send unsolicited information (spam).
• To place objects of exclusive rights in SpaceHunt without the consent of their respective owners.
• Post personal information of third parties in SpaceHunt without their consent, including home addresses, phone numbers, passport data.
• Place commercial advertisements, commercial offers, campaign information and any other intrusive information in SpaceHunt, except when the placement of such information is agreed with the Administration.
• Post materials in SpaceHunt that offend or degrade the honor and dignity of other Users or third parties, or links to such materials.
• Place obscene or abusive words or phrases in SpaceHunt, including using them in the User’s name.
• Post malicious programs or links in SpaceHunt that may contain or contain malicious programs.
• Post pornographic materials or links to them in SpaceHunt.
• Place threats, calls for violence and unlawful acts in SpaceHunt.
• Place materials with elements of violence, cruelty, racial, interethnic or interreligious hatred in SpaceHunt, as well as links to such materials.
• Promote and demonstrate Nazi attributes or symbols in SpaceHunt.
• Advocate criminal activity in SpaceHunt, post guidelines for committing illegal actions.
• To place in SpaceHunt any other information that, in the opinion of the Administration, is undesirable, violates the norms of morality and ethics, violates the current Legislation.
• To commit any other unlawful or criminal actions.

Exclusive rights to intellectual property of SpaceHunt belong to the SpaceHunt Team. All rights reserved.

The copyright to the Materials and Content posted in SpaceHunt belongs to the Users who created them or other legal copyright holders.

The Administration gives the User the right to use the Materials of other Users by viewing, reproducing (including copying), processing (including printing copies) and other rights - solely for the purpose of non-commercial use, except in cases where such use may harm the interests of the copyright holder, protected by law.

SpaceHunt contains links to other sites on the Internet, as well as programs, photo, video, audio, graphic and text materials owned by third parties.

Placing links to third-party sites or materials in SpaceHunt does not mean support, approval or recommendation of these sites or materials by the Administration.

The Administration is not responsible for any third-party materials posted on SpaceHunt or on third-party websites accessible via links from SpaceHunt, including, but not limited to any opinions or statements.

The user clicks on links to third-party sites, installs third-party programs or otherwise uses third-party materials at his own risk.

This Agreement does not apply to any third party programs, materials or sites.

The User is personally responsible for any Materials or other information that he places in SpaceHunt or otherwise informs other Users, or brings it to the public.

The user is responsible to the Administration and third parties for non-compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

The User reimburses the Administration and third parties for any losses incurred in connection with its actions, including, but not limited to a violation of this Agreement, copyright, exclusive or other rights.

Administration is not responsible in accordance with paragraph 5 of section 2 and paragraph 3 of section 7 of this Agreement.

Administration is not responsible for the quality and speed of User Internet access. For all technical issues related to the provision of communication services, the User should contact his provider of communication services.

The Administration is not responsible for any behavior of Users or third parties, including, but not limited to, theft, destruction or unlawful access to materials of Users.

The Administration and the SpaceHunt Team, as well as their representatives, under no circumstances shall be liable to SpaceHunt Users or other third parties for any indirect, accidental, unintentional damage, including, but not limited to, lost data, damage to honor, dignity or business reputation, lost benefits arising from the use of SpaceHunt, its components and materials, access to which was obtained through SpaceHunt, even if the Administration did not indicate the possibility of such damage.

The Administration is exempted from liability for full or partial failure to fulfill obligations under this Agreement if such failure is the result of force majeure (force majeure), that is, extraordinary and unavoidable by the parties under the given circumstances, including mass riots, prohibitive actions of authorities, natural disasters, fires, disasters, as well as due to disruptions in telecommunication and energy networks, the actions of malicious programs, as well as dishonest actions retih individuals aimed at tampering or disablement of a software or hardware system.

SpaceHunt may include virtual, in-game currency, such as credits, coins, cash, or points (e.g., Ether), that may be purchased with “real world” money or obtained through interactions with a third-party service. Virtual Currency may be used to purchase virtual, in-game digital items (“Virtual Goods”). Your purchase or award of Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods are merely a grant by SpaceHunt to a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable, personal, and non-transferable right to use the Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods as part of the Service under these Terms and any applicable Additional Terms we provide at the time. Accordingly, you have no other interest, including no property, proprietary, intellectual property, ownership, or monetary interest, in your Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods, which remain our Content and property. SpaceHunt reserves the absolute right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods.

Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods cannot be redeemed for “real world” money, goods, or other items of monetary value from any party. Transfers of Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods by you outside of what we permit on the Terms of Use are strictly prohibited. This means you may not buy or sell Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods for “real world” money or otherwise exchange items for value outside of the Terms of Use.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You may ask for a refund if you haven't used your credit in game during the following 14 days after purchase, please get in touch with SpaceHunt via our Contact page. No refunds will be given after that. SpaceHunt has the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, and/or eliminate Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods as it sees fit in its sole discretion, including the right to terminate or suspend accounts or discontinue its Service (in whole or in part) for any reason, and SpaceHunt shall have no liability to you or anyone for the exercise of such rights.

All other rights not expressly indicated in the Agreement are reserved by the SpaceHunt Team.

This Agreement is an agreement between the SpaceHunt Team represented by the Administration and the User regarding the conditions for the User’s participation in the Game, free use of the features and services of the Game, as well as the use of special features of the Game by the User on a reimbursable basis. This Agreement shall enter into force upon its acceptance by the User and is valid for an indefinite period.

In case of violation by the User of Clause 5, Clause 5 of this Agreement, which prohibits the use of an Account created by another person, the alienation of his Account or the acquisition of an Account created by another person, the SpaceHunt Team represented by the Administration has the right to refuse to execute this Agreement unilaterally .

Issues not resolved in this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the law of the country that is the country of registration (institution) of the SpaceHunt Team (Republic of Belarus). Disputes related to the conclusion, execution and termination of this Agreement are subject to consideration in the court of the country that is the country of registration (institution) of the SpaceHunt Team, in accordance with the substantive and procedural law of the country of the court. At the same time, the User acknowledges that the country in which he familiarized himself with the invitation to conclude this Agreement, as well as the country in which he took action to conclude this Agreement, is the country of registration (institution) of the SpaceHunt Team.

If any of the conditions of this Agreement becomes invalid or null and void and cannot be enforced under the laws of any jurisdiction, this will not affect:

• validity, legality, the ability to be enforced in this jurisdiction of all other conditions of this Agreement;
• validity, legality, the ability to be enforced in any other jurisdiction of all other conditions of this Agreement.
